At our hospital, you will NOT be charged an extra fee (Sentei Ryoyo-hi) for your first visit, even if you do not have a referral letter from another medical institution. We also provide referral letters to other specialized facilities if necessary. Please feel free to consult us regarding any symptoms or health concerns you may have.
*Note: Under the Japanese medical system, hospitals with 200 or more general beds are required to charge an additional fixed fee (Sentei Ryoyo-hi) to patients who visit for the first time without a referral letter, separate from the standard medical co-payment. As Nagitsuji Hospital does not fall under this category, this fee does not apply.
