The validity of traditional health insurance cards will expire on Monday, December 1, 2025.
Starting from Tuesday, December 2, 2025, you will be required to present either your Myna Health Insurance Card (My Number Card registered as an insurance card) or a Qualification Confirmation Letter when visiting the hospital.
If you have a Myna Health Insurance Card, please present it. If you do not have one, please present your "Qualification Confirmation Letter" (Shikaku Kakunin-sho).
